The leadership committee has approved the purchase of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to have available at our church.  An AED can greatly increase the likelihood of survival if someone would suffer cardiac arrest.  The cost of this deivce is approximately $2000.  The funds to purchase the AED will be coming out of the operating account.  If you would like to help in the purchase of the AED you can designate your offering to the operating account or write AED on the envelope.

The ESL program at Poole Church.  “Several of your church members have been helping with the Low German ESL program at Poole Church, in many various roles. Each is an important role for the program to operate. I want to thank the various individuals for their support and time invested. I also ask that your church continues to support in prayer and to consider volunteering: assisting within the program when it starts again for the 12 wk. classes in February 2014.
