  • Ladies Morning Ministry: The former Moms Group will be opening up to include any ladies on the third Wednesday of each month. We meet in the gym at 10am, bring a small snack to share and kids are welcome! Our next meeting is February 19: BE STILL. In Be Still, we will explore the pressures, perceptions, and expectations that women face and inspire each other to let go of these lies that keep them busy doing things and encourages them to enjoy being at the feet of Jesus.   • Maple View Music:
    • Praise Team PracticeThursday, February 20 at 7:30pm in the sanctuary. All current and aspiring praise team members are strongly encouraged to attend the practice for some time of prayer, education and practice! All musicians are welcome – bass guitarists, drummers and more!
    • Easter Choir keep an eye out for the sign up information for the Easter Choir, practices will begin March 3rd!

  • Did you miss the LOVE & RESPECT conference?  Join us for a FREE viewing of the Love & Respect DVDs on Feb. 22 at 9am in the sanctuary. This is for Maple View Church only and will be a full day (9-5) with a brown bag lunch at 12:30. No need to sign up – just come!

  • Girls Club – Monday, February 24, 7:00 pm: Tobogganing night! Meet at the hill by the dam in Wellesley. After tobogganing we will walk to Joanna and Sarah Kipfer’s house for a snack. Pick up at 8:30 at the Kipfer’s. Bring sleds and friends!

  • Tues. Feb. 18, 7:00 p.m.  Listowel Mennonite Church is hosting – Fashion for Freedom! An evening of fun and fashion with clothing and accessories made by women rescued from sex trafficking. Engage your passion for art, fashion, style and hospitality. Bring some friends, send the word out and support this worthwhile, and fun, project.
  • Rockway Mennonite Collegiate hosts Annual Fund Raising Dinner Thursday February 20 at 6:30 pm featuring student performers and a delicious meal. Tickets are $80 and include a $55 dollar tax receipt. To support the school and to reserve tickets contact Jackie Fackoury at 519-342-0007, ext. 3012 on or before February 14.
